Shipping Policy

1. Approximate Shipping Times (Shipping times do not include order processing.)

Singapore : 3-5 business days

Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 5-12 business days

EU: 7-16 business days

USA: 8-18 business days

All Other Countries: 10-21 business days

2. Important Notes

We are not accountable for shipping issues from our third party delivery services. All deliveries come with tracking number from our delivery partner(s) and you may check the status of your parcel using the tracking number or tracking URL. There is limited tracking for USA residents, as USPS does not update shipment location once shipment arrives into USA.

For overseas shipments, please note that once the parcel arrives destination country, it will be under the jurisdiction and management of the receiving country's post office. At this point, we are unable to provide further assistance regarding tracking updates, delivery statuses, or disputes. Customers are advised to reach out directly to the nearest post office in their city for any inquiries or issues. While we will do our best to ensure a smooth delivery process, please note that we are not liable for delays, mishandling, or other concerns once the parcel is no longer in our care.

2.1 Customs Duties

Please note that shipments will be delivered without any duty or tax paid. As per local regulations, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be settled by the purchaser. The EU and UK require you to pay this before collection of your parcels. Some countries such as Australia have strict import regulations, which may result in your parcel getting confiscated or you be imposed with a fine. As such, we are NOT responsible to pay for your import duties, taxes, fines, etc.; neither will we be held liable for shipment delays or missing parcels.

2.2 Restrictions

Our carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery to certain addresses, please be sure to provide your address and specific details such as street/building number, name, phone number, email, etc.

2.3 Shipping Limitations

Please use caution when providing a PO BOX/APO/FPO/DPO address, as it may result in lost packages and unexpected delays in shipping. For specific regions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and similar islands and territories, delivery times may be extended.

2.4 Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment to provide your order number and correct information. If your parcel has been shipped, there is nothing we can do except to wait for it to return to us. In this instance, you have to bear the cost of the second delivery.

Depending on local postal delivery conditions, sometimes you may need to collect your package from your local post office.

FAQ for Shipping

Q1. Why does shipping take up to 21 days?

We operate and ship from our home studio in Singapore (which is in Southeast Asia). The method of shipping we use for international orders is SingPost Registered International Mail; and NinjaVan for Singapore orders. Depending on your location, shipping time is generally much shorter than 21 days, but to avoid disappointment, we state the maximum duration. Please do not order if you’re not ready to wait, especially if you top-up your jewelry purchase with a name-linking ritual or a Custom Spell. We launch our collections by Moon cycles, we need a specific moon day for certain rituals. Your patience goes a long way in getting the most out of your jewelry. Just remember: magic spells and the process of manifestation cannot be rushed!

Q2. Is there self-collection option for Singapore orders?

No, at the moment we don't have a physical address for you to collect your items.

Q3. Can we choose preferred method of shipping?

As mentioned above, the methods of shipping we use for international orders is SingPost Registered International Mail; and NinjaVan for Singapore orders. We currently do not offer other options, however under special circumstances we may be able to make alternative shipping arrangements at an extra charge to you.

Q.4 What are the shipping charges?

For deliveries to Singapore:

  • Free delivery for orders above SGD150

  • SGD4.90 for orders below $150

For deliveries outside of Singapore:

  • Free delivery for orders above SGD250

  • SGD19.00 for orders below SGD250

* To our international customers: please be reminded again that your country may collect import taxes from you before you can collect your parcels.
